Hi, I'm Ann and I was born and still live in Essex in England. I've reached 63 years of age, not yet eligable for a UK pension, have never married so don't have the support of a partner.
Although I have never moved away from my home town, the urge to travel has been with me for years. I have visited nearly 70 countries and hope to do many more.
I also enjoy looking after my lovely horse, who I have had for 29 and a half years now.
When I first heard of Personal Development I admit to being rather sceptical. But I bought into the idea and have made so many positive changes in my life already.
And so I set up Break on Through. I'm getting all the support I need from my director. INow I've found the opportunity that will enable me to live the life I want.
Now I'm looking to introduce more people to this incredible lifestyle.

THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE: I left my last paid job some years ago, and have been living on savings and a small pension. But eventually, money starts to run out, so I began to look into ways to create an income to continue living my life how I want. I have only really done clerical work before, never earning a really good wage, but managed to put money aside, which was what I was living on. Running my own business had never occured to me before. I'm a keen photographer and would love to be able to market my photographs but getting started in that was something I never managed.
WHAT CHANGED FOR ME: The daily nine to five was not an option for me; neither was working shifts. So I was looking for something with flexibility, working from home, with hours to suit me. So I spent a lot of time looking for work from home jobs on line, with no success at all. Then I came across an advert for personal development with a wonderful company that offered the chance to live the life I wanted and more! I checked out the website, made contact, and signed up.
